HistoireWe founded co:dify in 2017 in Berlin because we believed innovation shouldn't be a buzzword but a practiced muscle. As a multidisciplinary network of researchers and practitioners, we spend our days studying how the most progressive companies design change, then translate — or “co:dify” — those methods into hands-on learning formats and scalable innovation programs. Early on, clients often sought quick fixes; we learned to resist band‑aids and instead build tools, facilitation and frameworks that enable sustainable self‑help. Our work is iterative and collaborative: prototyping learning journeys, refining facilitation, and watching internal teams grow more confident. Seeing genuine cultural shifts—beyond pilots—is what keeps us refining our craft.
