Ampersand est un petit studio d'ingénierie à Zürich. Nous transformons les idées en produits réels — et nous nous occupons de ceux qui sont déjà entre les mains de vos clients. Chaque projet est dirigé par une personne expérimentée à qui vous pouvez parler directement, soutenue par un réseau de confiance de freelances expérimentés avec lesquels nous travaillons depuis 2019. Pas de chefs de projet, pas d'externalisation, pas de réécritures la première année. Six façons de travailler avec vous : Développement — sites web, applications web, applications mobiles, plateformes et MVP, conçus pour évoluer au lieu d'être réécrits. Louer un CTO — un responsable technique senior à temps partiel pour planifier quoi construire, examiner ce que vous avez, embaucher des ingénieurs et parler aux investisseurs. Support Mensuel — soins constants pour les logiciels en direct : bugs, vitesse, sécurité et petites fonctionnalités (WordPress & Laravel bienvenus). Guidance Idée-à-Produit — sessions individuelles hebdomadaires pour transformer votre idée en un produit live. Conseil & Audits — architecture, due diligence, revues IA et sécurité, livrés sous forme de rapports exploitables. Masterclass IA — facilitation d'une demi-journée ou d'une journée complète pour couper à travers le battage médiatique et repartir avec un plan de 30 jours. Notre boîte à outils comprend Laravel, Vue/Nuxt, WordPress, Statamic, n8n et des intégrations IA/MCP modernes, avec un hébergement suisse pour la résidence des données. HistoireI spent over a decade in web and advertising agencies, building for names like Netflix, Audi, Migros and Swisscom, always with account managers in between. In 2019 I founded Ampersand in Zürich to drop that layer: the senior person who takes your first call is the one who builds it and hands it over.
