Jeff is the most grounded, humble and nurturing Digital Marketing specialist and shi-fu whom we've had the good fortune to be introduced to, when we needed help with our social media efforts.  From the onset, he made it clear that we had to get the content strategy in place, and he devoted much time analyzing our tools and training us on the fundamentals. He ran workshops with us, sharing practical approaches and actual case studies, always coming well prepared, sincere and keen to share his knowledge.  At the same time, Jeff is utterly helpful and kind, always seeking to understand our challenges so as to help problem solve. He frequently shares new ideas and references to inspire our content creation, challenging us to push the boundaries.  Jeff is genuine, approachable and obliging, and his sessions packed full of information and useful tips. They helped us leverage the right resources to build our social audience, and they inspired our content creation.  Jeff did all these on a pro bono basis, as a Volunteer and Member of our Marcoms Advisory Panel! In the 3 months of Dec-Feb, we achieved the rate of growth in FB following that took us 1 year to achieve previously! We owe our little successes to you Jeff!
