I've worked with Jeff on a number of projects, e.g. brochures and booklets. He is professional, patient, creative and has good work ethic. He also makes an effort to understand your needs (even changing ones) and propose practical and creative solutions accordingly. He is also very reliable and is one vendor who will join you in the trenches to get something done well. When something blows up, or derails on your project, he'll stick by you through thick and thin. That said, no vendor is a unicorn. Our working relationship worked because we function more like a partnership than a vendor-client relationship. A.k.a. everyone gets theirs hand dirty. If you are that kind of involved vendor, I would encourage you to give him a shot. I enjoyed working with him, and personally, found that he's worth every penny.
