IntoTheMinds is a market research firm located in France (Paris) and Belgium (Brussels). In 2024 we plan to open offices in Italy as well. We carry out projects throughout Europe and for all sectors of activity, in particular: satisfaction surveys, B2B and B2C market research projects, customer experience analyses, marketing strategy assignments and (big) data analyses. We are one of the only market research firm in Europe to carry B2B surveys. We are able to survey large samples of decision makers in the industries and countries of your choice. We also organize qualitative projects (interviews, focus groups, ethnography) for our clients, be it in B2B or in B2C.

Nous avons fait appel à IntoTheMinds pour la réalisation d'une étude de marché globale sur la situation de notre société ProDegustation. En analysant en particulier la satisfaction client et la fidélisation sous différents angles (marketing, finances) nous avons été en mesure d'augmenter de manière très importante notre rentabilité ce qui a conduit à la cession réussie de l'entreprise à un grand groupe.
