What worked really well is co-creation. We did a lot of brainstorming sessions together, had our own ideas and thoughts, and the colleagues from CRU were excellent in working with our intention but turning it into professional and powerful ideas.
¿Hay algo en lo que podrían mejorar?As always, larger brand processes bring ups and downs. When things got hairy, maybe CRU could have held us a little more from a consulting perspective, but this is a minor point only.
