Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We run a villa rental operation in Cyprus and had grown to the point where the business ran on more than 30 separate software products: bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, owner statements, accounting and guest messaging all lived in different tools, with staff re-keying the same data between them. The objective was one platform that ran the whole operation from the booking outward, replaced those tools, and let us scale the portfolio without scaling the headcount with it.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?They started with our operation, not with software. The team mapped how a booking actually moves through each department and built the platform department by department, so we were using real parts of it within weeks rather than waiting for a big launch. Everything ran in production from the first release, with hosting and support included. The result: from 70 villas with 58 staff to more than 450 villas with 22, and all 30 of our old tools gone.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Very little. Early on the pace was faster than our own team could absorb, and we would have benefited from more structured training sessions as each department went live rather than learning from the engineers as we went. That has since been built into how they roll out.
