PaM++ (Pam Plus Plus) is a leading Branding and Marketing Communications agency for Hospitality Industry. In 2012 PaM++ was founded based on passion and expertise of our founders to clear the myth of hospitality marketing that has been around for decades. Our founders are prominent figures in the hospitality industry who pioneered the true connected marketing and invented the marketing lifeline and are specialized in pre-opening, re branding, branding or re launching of hotels, restaurants, bars, condominium projects and lifestyle products. We are a true believer in not only increasing awareness but also to make sure that awareness is the kind that increases revenue! That’s why PaM++ is different. We have evolved from providing only consulting services at the early phase of the company, to currently offering four fundamental services: Hospitality Branding & Marketing Communications consultancy This is the core business of the company of which PaM++ treats more as the role of a director of marketing and communications. Because the consultants from PaM++ do not only consult. They brand, they position, they strategize, they plan, they lay out the budget, and they manage businesses in the Marcomm area for their clients. Consultants oftentimes even coach and structure the clients’ marketing & communications team to function the effective way that they do. PaM++ becomes your team. Brand Positioning, Brand Identity & Creative works A critical foundation of any marketing & Communications plan. Brand positioning and communications stories are starting points of the marketing lifeline that must be supported by related brand identity or corporate identity of which later on lead to key visuals that give recognition point to the brand. Public Relations (online and offline) Though there is countless number of PR agencies in Thailand, PaM++ begs to differ. At PaM++, Public Relations is not a function of its own. It is integrated with the entire organization’s branding, positioning, strategy and business model. Thus, providing long term credibility and sustainability for the firm. Digital Marketing (social media and online marketing) As the world spins around every day, PaM++ does, too, and at even faster speed. Digital marketing has become the number one tool, especially in the hospitality industry where clients could come in from any corner of the world. Everyone must be reached. PaM++ emphasizes the A-Z awareness; from the moment a traveler anywhere in the world starts searching for ‘a hotel’ to stay at from the moment he or she arrives. Another focus is on analysis of those online activities. As mentioned, PaM++ evolves everyday to ensure there’s analysis and improvement on all digital marketing activities, not just to execute them.
