GeschichteWe are Graft Brandlab, a Berlin-based innovation studio that augments brands through multidimensional experiences. Led by Managing Partners Rico Zocher (Business) and Prof. Nik Hafermaas (Creation), and born out of Graft Architects, our team blends strategists, architects, interior and graphic designers, marketers and software engineers. I still recall a workshop where a VR prototype and a material sample collided—literally—and that collision became the seed for a campaign that balanced digital spectacle with human scale. Our work spans brand, employer branding and workplace strategies to tangible expressions in multimedia, architecture, interiors and virtual reality. We’re driven by curiosity: how technology enhances empathy, how space shapes feeling. In our lab, we test, iterate and bring together people, brands and spaces.
