href=\"https:\/\/www.sortlist.com\/datahub\/reports\/in-house-marketing-vs-marketing-agency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">budget<\/a> <strong>was no longer in the top three reasons <\/strong>why some SMBs don\u2019t have a website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a matter of fact, only 14% of surveyed SMBs singled that answer out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
