While you’re probably familiar with the rule of thirds<\/strong> (where to place the subject of your photo), it’s imperative that you master other important compositional concepts that will help you achieve scientifically and visually pleasing shots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of them agree on one thing: the composition is dictated by the subject<\/strong> and the mood<\/strong> you want to evoke in the viewer. For example, if you want to convey happiness, you can use leading lines that direct the viewer to a subject who is smiling, hugging, or laughing. Subject that you placed using the rule of thirds.
