What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?WebView has communicated well, and the team is responsive and hardworking. Moreover, their ability to understand the end case and push back when they think something isn’t intuitive for a user has been very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvements?No, I can’t think of anything.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed a piece of technology to build a product that would record and capture the process and, over time, help learn from failures. We worked with another vendor first, but it didn’t meet our expectations. So we asked Webview to help us make the product what we needed it to be.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?I appreciate that they stay current in our space. They’re always presenting me with options and they do challenge me. Sometimes I think I have the right solution, but they’re able to help me if there’s a more modern solution. They’re truly invested in our project, so we call them our partners. They believe in what we’re trying to accomplish. We’re in a challenging industry during COVID-19, and they’re always there to work with us.
