Since 2008, Orient Productions has managed to execute its high caliber events management service working with clients such as Le Meridien Cairo Airport Hotel, The Westin Soma Bay Golf Resort & Spa, The Starwood group, The Dutch embassy in Cairo, and JWT among others. In addition to offering its events and entertainment services to clients, Orient Productions has been the sole organizer and producer of the Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival (D-CAF); one of the biggest festivals in Egypt and the Arab world that hosts multi-disciplinary artists from the region and worldwide. The festival offers Cairo’s Downtown as a platform for regional and international contemporary arts for a period of three to four weeks and has managed for the past 5 years to successfully entertain a crowd of over 50,000 people with over 200 events. Execution of events: Orient Productions has the needed experience, the well-trained staff, and the cutting-edge technology to ensure that all aspects of event execution are covered, including logistics, transportation, seating options, catering, entertainment, technical requirements, onsite management etc. Booking and Entertainment : Due to its long years of experience in the world of entertainment, Orient Productions has developed the proper network and connections required to recommend, hire and book local as well as international artists and acts for your event. This exposure also allows us to suggest the type of entertainment that best suits your event. Marketing & PR : Orient Productions has the required skills to ensure and guarantee proper outreach by creatively promoting and marketing your event through different available marketing and media channels. At Orient Productions, one of our core beliefs is that entertainment is not confined to one type of art, but that it is a gateway to experiment with different artistic practices, creating a unique and outstanding experience to you and your guests.
