"Make in 5 - Bake in 35" is the main concept of the dry mixes aiming at meeting the fast paced life of the working and the fit population.The mix is prepared with only two ingredients: olive oil and water and one bowl and a whisk, making it the easiest home made "honest" fitness fast food product in the market.
